When is your event and where? (Please provide venue postcode)
How many people will be attending?
What is the size of your room? (Estimates are fine)
What are the running times for the day or the evening?
Are you are having the band perfrom in the same room as a wedding/event dinner? If so, what is the estimated running order of the day (The band and PA crew ideally require at least an hour to set up gear and sound check).
What time do you have the room/area booked until?

Other information we advise you to have before booking the band

Is your intended venue used to having live bands?
Does your venue have any sound limiter devices?
Do you intend, or have you also hired a disco?
